it is important to remember that the adb driver and the usb audio player pro apps are just helpers. they do not'really' do anything, as they are not part of the android operating system. the operating system is still using the oem-provided usb audio drivers. in other words, as long as your computer is using the correct usb audio drivers, you will be able to use usb audio player pro on your windows machine to connect, debug and disconnect from your android device. the adb server can be found at adb.exe on windows. alternatively, there is a adb server for windows you can download from github. if you are using the advanced host controller interface, you can open the server by using the following command: adb devices-> /dev/serial0

i wrote this new android driver a while back, because the drivers that come with devices like zte mf190 usb audio player was old. and there is not way to know which drivers to use without checking the configuration. in android 5.0 and later, there is a version information button in the player. if its not shown, its not working! if you found that and you still have the same problem, let me know.
now you just need to plug your phone into your pc and run the program. it will detect the device and allow you to configure it for the first time. after the device is configured, you have two options. you can either try playing back audio, or you can select the audio driver and connect to your phone via adb.
for audio, i recommend the qsoundcutter application. it is a small app that will listen to your devices audio output and find short audio clips that it sends to the audio output. when the phone is supposed to play back a song, it will detect it and then it will let the audio app play it. you can also choose to turn off the android audio output and let the audio app play the audio clip directly to your pc. this is what you do if you need to connect to a device on a device that does not use the usb audio driver api.
